READING MATTERS TO MAINE

Teaching At-Risk & Struggling Children to Learn to Read

SED 301

Although I am not studying to be a Special Education teacher, everything I learned in this class has benefited me in ways that I didn’t know it could. I learned strategies that will help me be a better teacher for all students who are learning to read. I will be able to understand why some of my students are struggling and give them the skills and practice they need to succeed.
